[Exploring Infinite Possibilities] Pre-employment Experience Workshop Part 2

The second part of the [Exploring Infinite Possibilities] Pre-employment Experience Workshop, organized by Learning Bridge Association, was successfully held between August 23rd and 26th. Despite being affected by a storm during the workshop, it was rescheduled smoothly, allowing participants to visit different companies. We sincerely appreciate the enthusiastic participation of all the participants.

During the past few days, participants visited three companies that offer different types of jobs. The first company they visited was Lee Kee Group, a publicly listed manufacturing company in Hong Kong. Participants wore protective gear and visited the company’s laboratory and environmental facilities, gaining insights into the metal production process and increasing their knowledge about the actual working environment in the metal industry.

Next was a visit to Robocore, an innovative technology company specializing in temi robots. The participants had the opportunity to interact with and operate the robots, experiencing firsthand the wide range of applications that intelligent robots have in our daily lives and society. The company’s equipment and the various functions of the robots truly amazed the participants and broadened their horizons.

Lastly, the students had the opportunity to visit the renowned Hong Kong self-created brand, B.Duck. They learned about the company’s entrepreneurial journey and operations, including insights from designers about product and fashion design. The students were inspired by the creative atmosphere in the B.Duck meeting rooms, recognizing that unlimited creativity is the foundation of a successful business. They actively engaged in asking questions and even had the chance to create their own B.Duck products.
