The first part of the [Exploring Infinite Possibilities] Pre-employment Experience Workshop, organized by Learning Bridge Association, has successfully concluded from August 16th to August 19th. We sincerely appreciate the enthusiastic participation of all the participants.
Over the past four days, mentor Joshua Ip provided various preparatory training sessions for the participants. For instance, the Personal Planning Training allowed the participants to understand their own personalities and discover their soft skills through activities such as building blocks and puzzles. The mentor also provided tailored career guidance training based on the individual traits of each participant, helping them gain insights into suitable career paths for themselves.
During these four days of interaction, many participants have formed strong friendships and expanded their social circles. The mentor taught the participants how to communicate with colleagues in the workplace through card games. In the process, the participants gained a better understanding of teamwork and how to communicate and cooperate with their colleagues. At the end of the card game session, the participants even created their own personalized cards to boost their motivation for future work.
The first part of the preparatory training has successfully concluded, and the next part will be the second phase of the Pre-employment Experience Workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to visit three companies in Hong Kong to gain a deeper understanding of their corporate culture and prepare themselves for entering the workplace.
