Supporting Neurodiversity youth to meaningful employment is a challenging yet important issue especially to tap an untapped talent pool for the society. Learning Bridge Association has the vision and mission, the passion, the expertise and the network to address the gap. Sam Ma worked as a stall assistant at a social enterprise. Within a year, he was promoted to Stall Team Leader, where he oversaw tasks such as food quality control and inventory management. Despite the challenges he encountered in his career, Sam remained determined and did his best to complete the assigned tasks. He is now employed as a kitchen assistant in a prestigious six-star hotel. According to the current hotel manager, Sam is hard-working and willing to work on holidays and handle overtime work. He finds great job satisfaction in the work environment and gets along well with his colleagues.
