Workplace Diversity & Inclusion Workshop: Take Two!

Learning Bridge , in collaboration with Victoria Harbour Rotary Club, is once again organizing an internal training workshop for the YWCA “ Youth Employment Launch Program “. The workshop aims to provide young individuals with an opportunity to interact closely with supervisors or co-workers from service organizations before entering the workforce. The session will begin with Bonnie Yip , the Executive Director of LBA introducing the characteristics of SEN youths and discussing how to foster an inclusive work culture through adaptation in the workplace. Following this, a team of Victoria Harbour Rotary Club lead a series of exciting interactive activities, allowing participants to truly experience an inclusive atmosphere. SEN youths will be encouraged to express their opinions and showcase their potential.
