Netspring Laptop Donation Ceremony

We are very grateful to the non-profit organization “Netspring” for donating four refurbished computers to Learning Bridge Association. The donation and handover ceremony took place successfully on October 21, 2022, and Ms. Glendy Choi, the founder of Learning Bridge Association, presented a certificate of appreciation to Ms. Vivian Fung, the representative of Netspring. These computers will be used in Learning Bridge’s LBHUB project for SEN (Special Educational Needs) youth to use for internships and office work. Once the computers reach the end of their usable life, they will be recycled properly.
Introduction of Netspring
Netspring, founded in 2012, aimed to provide computer learning opportunities to children and young people in need by promoting the reuse of electronic waste. They encouraged them to create with computers, promoting electronic creativity and raising environmental awareness. This year marks the 10th anniversary of Netspring, and they hope to collaborate with more like-minded organizations to further promote electronic creativity and inspire more young people.
LBHUB
We provide an internship and employment base for SEN (Special Educational Needs) youth to integrate into the workplace in the intelligent era, specifically focusing on IT-related job roles. It is an operational unit centered around various information technology job roles, offering support for SEN youth to gain practical job skills and personal growth opportunities.
