It is a great honor for the SEN members to visit the Grand Hyatt Wan Chai. Under the two hotel staff, Kenneth and Susanna, we saw the difference between the hotel's ambassador suites and ordinary rooms. We also had the opportunity to visit the working environment that only staff can enter and use, such as the central kitchen and linen room, and also learned a lesson about how to operate a hotel. Everyone had an eye-opening and fulfilling experience during this visit.
