Workplace Diversity & Inclusion Workshop

❤️ Rotary Club of Victoria Harbour x Learning Bridge x Shine @ ISS ❤️
We are delighted that Learning Bridge has once again collaborated with the Rotary Club of Victoria Harbour to organize the third Workplace Diversity & Inclusion Workshop. This time, we provided services to Shine @ ISS, where a group of neurodivergent youths preparing to join the workforce at ISS engaged with their colleagues through social activities, including icebreaker games and African drumming. They created a fun and inclusive atmosphere.

A heartfelt thank you to our partners, the president, and members of the Rotary Club of Victoria Harbour, for their assistance and support in making the event a success. The purpose of the Workplace Diversity & Inclusion Workshop is to help employers who are interested in or planning to hire neurodivergent youths gain a deeper understanding and better communication with these young individuals through structured activities, thus boosting the confidence of these youths as they enter society.
