[Lenovo x Learning Bridge Association] collaborated to host an inclusive art event for Caritas Lok Yan School, titled ‘The beauty of infinite Inspiration blooming’! For this event, we invited Shammy, the Artistic Director and Founder of the ‘Ignition Project,’ a partner of Learning Bridge Association in the Greater Bay Area, to provide us with rich creative guidance.
The event kicked off with Lenovo’s volunteer team leading an ice-breaking game called ‘Squirrels Moving Home,’ which helped every participant ease into the atmosphere. Afterward, Shammy demonstrated how to create art using flowers and plants, sparking the creative potential of both students and volunteers. Each group of students poured endless enthusiasm into their creations, showcasing their unique styles and ideas.
After completing their creations, each group took turns sharing their artistic experiences. The heartfelt sharing allowed everyone present to feel the power of creation and the emotional connections formed. This was not just an art activity but also an exchange of minds and mutual understanding.
Learning Bridge Association, acting as a bridge between corporations and schools, aims to raise awareness about neurodiverse youth and promote genuine social inclusion. We look forward to more opportunities in the future to collaborate with small and medium enterprises in Hong Kong, using art as a bridge to connect people and allowing each participant to find their own beautiful moments through creation.
A big thank you to all participants and supporters for making this event a great success!
